At ban, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items. Our goal is to ensure your shopping experience is as stylish and stress-free as your wardrobe.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ban account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure box to ensure they arrive safely back at our studio.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
